Storytelling is one of EduLab’s strongest educational and social tools. We believe stories help people: connect, remember, empathize, speak openly, and feel seen and heard. For this reason, EduLab regularly organizes: Human Library events, storytelling evenings, community dialogue sessions, and intergenerational conversations. Many of these events are connected to professional orientation themes. We invite speakers with unique personal and professional journeys — individuals who may have changed careers, overcome challenges, or created unconventional life paths. Through honest conversations about fears, failures, hesitations, growth, and success, participants are introduced to alternative possibilities and encouraged to rethink rigid career expectations. These initiatives travel from community to community, especially in rural and bordering regions, helping local youth see real examples of meaningful and sustainable lives built within their own environments.
