One of EduLab’s core directions is professional orientation, which we approach as a deep process of self-discovery rather than simply choosing a profession. We work with: young people, parents, students, adults seeking career reorientation, and professionals exploring new life and career paths. Our activities include: individual consultations, career orientation trainings, mentorship and coaching programs, self-discovery workshops, experiential learning activities, and educational camps. EduLab also develops mentor and coach training initiatives aimed at preparing professionals who can later guide others through educational, career, and life transitions.
