The Vademecum Association of Educators, Students, and Pupils is a non-governmental organization founded on October 12, 2001, in Călărași, Republic of Moldova. The organization is dedicated to promoting psycho-pedagogical sciences and fostering community development. Its core areas of activity include civic and financial education, human rights awareness, gender equality, anti-corruption initiatives, and the prevention of domestic violence and human trafficking. Through a diverse project portfolio supported by international partners (EU, IREX, Soros Foundation Moldova, Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Terre des Hommes), Vademecum empowers youth through leadership, career planning, and democratic engagement. The association actively collaborates with local public authorities, schools, and civil society to build local coalitions, enhance participatory budgeting, and drive sustainable socio-economic development across the Călărași district.
